How old am I, How tall am I, did I really weigh over 200 pounds, am i married?

I’m 36 and about 5’6” 1/2 (because that extra half inch makes all the difference) and yes, at one point I was 213 pounds, but if I am being completely honest I bet I was closer to 220.

I have been married since 2003 to my husband, Patrick and we have two great danes, Jax (9) and Winston (4)

Is photography YOUR full time gig?

Yep! I spend my days helping women embrace their own definition of beauty as a full time fashion inspired portrait photographer based in Lancaster, Pa and love a good window seat when I travel :)

Do I privately coach?

Currently, I am not opening my schedule to private coaching clients due to my photography business being the primary focus in my life. However, I am happy to answer questions you might have. Scroll down to use the form below or connect with me on INSTAGRAM

So what makes me an authority on health & wellness?

For starters, I’ve tried every fad diet on the market, I’ve worked 1:1 with a private coach, and I also went back to school to receive both my holistic health coach and personal training certifications. However, I am not a doctor so my advice and suggestions are purely from my own experience. So don’t take my word for it, speak with your medical professional.

What do you think is the best diet or type of workout?

The one the works for you. I’m going to throw some tough love out there. There is no magic bullet when it comes to weight loss and workouts. In fact, it’s pretty damn simple eat more of the right foods, less of the bad ones, and move your ass. Drink plenty of water and get a good night of sleep.

Here’s what worked for me. Weekly accountability (checking in with a coach), removing processed shit food from my diet, and moving my ass. I lost 60+ pounds and have fallen in love with lifting heavy, having sore muscles, and saying my abs hurt when I laugh too hard.

If you’ve come here looking for a quick fix or a magic bullet keep looking. This journey hasn’t been easy and I have fallen off the wagon a handful of times, but each time I’ve picked myself up and tried again. This will be something you do daily for the rest of your life.

I did create a meal plan guide that you can download for free that provides a baseline for the style of eating that we follow and has provided us with the most success.
